To play a key role in assisting Manager/Officer in batch formulation and machine operation. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, keep records of IPQC Data. Ensure that machines and equipment’s are maintained and kept in good working condition.
Purpose of the Role
To assist Manager/Officer during batch formulations and operation of Machines. To Clean the entire Research & Development Department maintain records in logbook.
Responsibilities
A. Keep records and maintenance of logbook /documents:
- 1. R&D helper (R&D Department) must keep records of logbook of each and every instruments and equipment’s.
- 2. Must follow the SOP in R&D department.
- 3. Must keep records of IPQC data.
- 4. Must keep records of Balance calibration data and maintain the logbook.
B. Preparation of Formulation:
- 1. Assist Manager/Officer during the batch formulation and machine operation.
- 2. Weighing of raw materials and API as mentioned in the BMR.
C. Maintenance of working environment:
- 1. Must maintain the work place discipline.
- 2. Must have basic knowledge about first aid and action taken during emergency.
- 3. Must keep records and maintain logbook for the calibration, validation and utilization of every instruments used in R&D department.
- 4. Must inform the immediate senior if any malfunction is observed.
- 5. Must assist in conducting GMP inspections and ensure the strict adherence to GMP rules.
- 6. Must be responsible for adherence to safety rules in R&D department.
D. Preparation and maintenance of records:
- 1. Must maintain labelling of RM/PM.
- 2. Must keep records for the maintenance of every log book in R&D department.
- 3. Must keep records to maintain the calibration record of every instruments in R&D department.
Key working relationships (cross functional relationship)
No Cross functional relationship. Internally this job interacts with the department lead and colleague of the Research & Development Department. Need to be in dotted reporting to the department lead.
