Area Business Manager - Dermatology & Venereology Business Unit

Accountable Area:

Drive the Dermatology & Venereology Business Unit product sales operations and implement according marketing program in the Mid-Eastern Area (Birgunj, Janakpur, Lahan & Rajbiraj) in achieving the business numbers with time. Collaborate to line manager, medical, marketing & human resources & talent management for product knowledge, promotional activities, trainings, development & appraisal activities respectively. Lead the monthly sales governance & area sales, meeting. Mobilize & collaborate with people (Dermatology & Venereology Business Unit  salesforce) & processes in landing to successive sales goals in the area.

Purpose of the Role

To drive and attain the sales performance of the Dermatology & Venereology Business Unit  products range in the Mid-Eastern Area (Birgunj, Janakpur, Lahan & Rajbiraj) by mobilizing the Dermatology & Venereology Business Unit sales force through Toreva sales processes, medical & marketing.

Responsibilities

Basically this job role may interact with all applicable functional departments of Toreva Pharmaceuticals, need to align with line managers.

Professional Competencies

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in any stream preferably in Marketing and/or pharma background.
  • Trained on pharma selling skills, marketing management, 5+ years’ experience in the regulated manufacturing pharmaceutical industry, in precise in marketing, sales & distribution management function.
  • Details oriented.
  • Rational decision making skills.
  • Appropriate skills on interpersonal & business communications.
  • Solid computer skills on Microsoft Offices.
  • Data & statistical analytical skill.
  • People management skill.
